We kindly ask for a 30% non-refundable deposit on all massage and facial services. If a client calls to cancel at least 3 hours before their appointment, they can reschedule while keeping the deposit. If a client doesn’t show up for a scheduled appointment with no notice or cancelation, we reserve the right to keep the 30% deposit.
